We are open for Business

Like you, our organization is closely following recommendations of global health organizations as well as local authorities in the markets that we serve to ensure that our response to the Coronavirus outbreak is proportional to the situation.

It goes without saying that our main priority is protecting the health of our employees and their families as well as our customers and partners. We have secured remote work and hygiene protocols for our employees.  At the same time, we know you rely on us to help keep your business moving forward.  Be assured that we have continuity plans in place to continue to achieve both these goals.

We want our customers to know we are open for business but are adapting our approach in a few ways in consideration of what is happening in our communities:

Our supply teams are hard at work to mitigate the situation, however This remains to be an exceptional event, and further delays or disruption in the delivery of the Products or Services are possible. Hilti has multiple manufacturing locations around the world and this allows us, to a certain extent, the ability to minimize the potential impact of a geographic disruption.

  • Our Distribution Centers are critical to getting our customers the products they need – when and where they need them. Our supply and logistics teams continue to monitor the situation and are taking actions to allay any impacts on committed order fulfillment. If you would like the latest update on supply of a critical order or specific products, you may contact us Hilti customer service.
  • Hilti Stores are fully stocked and will remain open until further notice – depending on regulations made by local authorities. We ask our customers to phone in advance to arrange product pick ups to limit person-to-person contact.
  • Tool Service Centers will remain open for service, repair and calibration and our teams there have every intention to uphold our repair time promise.
  • We have undertaken effective measures in line with global standards to ensure the proper handling of all our products and materials upon receipt or dispatch.
  • Our team members are in Hilti red vans everyday supporting customers and specifiers across the region.  We will still be available for in-office or on-the-job visits where the situation permits. For customers who have started limiting outside visitors to your facilities, our sales and technical teams are ready to support you digitally.
  • Our Customer Service teams remain available to support you at 800-8676 while our websites, www.hilti.com.qa are available around the clock.
  • For any technical queries or needs we encourage you to get directly in contact with our engineering team or alternatively go to Ask.Hilti Our experts are available to support you digitally on any technical or engineering questions.
  • For your convenience, we can send invoices and signed Delivery Notes as PDFs to your mailbox. As means of payment we accept bank transfer and we encourage you to contact Customer Service by phone or e-mail for assistance in account reconciliation. 
  • We would like to extend to you as well our contactless e-payment options. Please contact your Finance counterpart at Hilti to know more about our e-payment alternatives.

While none us may know what the future holds, we want to assure you we are here to support you and have contingency plans in place to enable the continuity of supply and service delivery with the goal of being there for our customers while helping ensure the well-being of our team members.

Our Crisis Management Teams will continue to monitor this dynamic situation and your account managers will be working with you through this phase to manage, to the best of their ability, our commitments to you as our valued customer.
