  • Filling washer – designed to fill the annular gap as required by code for seismic, fatigue and other applications
  • Filling entry from top of the washer for simpler and faster installation even in overhead conditions
  • Spherical washer – to help optimise load transfer
  • Self-locking counter nut – to help prevent loosening of the nut
  • Available in multiple sizes (M8-M24) and material compositions (carbon steel, hot-dip galvanised, A4 stainless steel)

Applications

  • Fatigue applications with compatible Hilti anchors
  • Seismic and static applications in which shear loads from baseplate to anchor need to be taken up directly
  • Gap to be filled with suitable Hilti HIT mortar (in case of expansion anchors HIT-RE is not allowed)
