Your primary advantage is a massive increase in cutting depth and job site capability. While a large angle grinder is limited to shallow cuts of up to 65 mm, a Hilti electric cutter fundamentally changes the work you can do: deeper, more precise cuts up to 120 mm deep in thicker materials help you increase your productivity.
20 year limited warranty
Materials and workmanship
For virtually all of our tools, we will repair or replace parts that break as a result of defects in materials or workmanship for 20 years (2). Any additional claims are excluded.
2 year wear and tear coverage
No cost coverage
We will repair most tools at no cost for 2 years from the date of purchase. This includes spare parts, labor and shipping. After the no cost coverage period, you'll pay for your repairs but costs are capped (3).
3 day repair turnaround
3 day repairs
You will usually receive your tool back within three days of ordering a repair. We’ll even pick up your broken tool at your jobsite and return it to the same place (4).
Notes
(1) 20-year Free-of-Manufacturing or Material Defect Warranty: It is at Hilti’s sole discretion whether to repair or replace the tool or refund the tool purchase price, if spare parts are unavailable. Customer’s mandatory statutory warranty rights in case of product defects remain unaffected.

Please note that damage due to abuse, or use not in accordance with the tool operator’s manual are not covered and are charged. Some consumable items are excluded from the no cost coverage period and repair or replacement of those items shall be at customer’s expense, reach out to our team to find out more.
(3) 3-Day Repair Period: While Hilti will aim to get your tools back to you within the stated 3 day period, turnaround times are not guaranteed and any claims in case of longer repair periods are excluded. Hilti is not liable for any damages or losses caused by later delivery of the repaired tool.
“3-days or free” offer is only available until further notice and can be stopped by Hilti at any time. 3-day turnaround time does not apply in case of force majeure events, and quotations. In case 3-day turnaround time is exceeded, free cost of repair is the customer’s exclusive remedy. Hilti is not liable for any damages or losses caused by late delivery of the repaired tool.
